Terms of Service
1. The Service
resolved.sh hosts a public page at {subdomain}.resolved.sh for each registered resource.
Registration is annual and priced in USDC on Base via the x402 protocol.
2. Operator Responsibilities
You are responsible for all content published under your subdomain. Content must be lawful and must accurately represent the resource it describes. You may not use the service to host spam, malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes third-party rights.
3. No Uptime Guarantee
We provide the service on a best-effort basis. We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or data retention. We are not liable for any loss caused by service interruptions.
4. Takedowns and Abuse
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates these terms, applicable law, or that we determine in our sole discretion to be harmful or abusive. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the operator before taking action, except where immediate action is required.
5. Payments and Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable. Payments are processed on-chain via x402; transactions are final once confirmed. Renewal is the operator's responsibility — we send reminder emails but cannot guarantee delivery.
6. Privacy
We store the email address you provide for authentication and renewal notices. We do not sell or share your email with third parties. On-chain payment addresses are public by nature of the blockchain.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, resolved.sh and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
